Torben Østergaard is a graduate from Aarhus School of Architecture and since 1995 gained multiple experiences as a designer and project manager at 3XN. Torben’s merits as a project manager on a range of international projects has been part of 3XN’s transformation to establish international recognition.
Torben Østergaard has been responsible for delivering a wide range of designs in Denmark and internationally such as Deloitte HQ in Copenhagen, MuziekGebouw / BIMHUIS in Amsterdam and is currently engaged in ongoing projects such as der Cube in Berlin, Shanghai Dream Center and Duale Hochschule in Stuttgart. His involvement in competitions, design execution and contract negotiations ensure qualifications during all stages from inception to inauguration.
Through a Master in Experience Management (MOL) from Roskilde University in 2013, Torben Østergaard has acquired new theoretical and practical understandings of architecture in context of the experience economy.
